We execute our works with aproved project

Stages concerning construction authorization and execution:

1. Obtaining The Urbanism Certificate (UC). The urbanism certificate can be obtained from the city hall by filling a form and by supplying the land registries signed by the county land registry office.;
 2. Project elaboration in concordance with the clients wishes and the conditions imposed by the Urbanism Certificate;
 3. Obtaining contruction notices requested by the Urbanism Certificate following the project in the Unique Agreement Committee (UAC);
 4. Obtaining the Construction Authorization (AC) from the City Hall following the Urbanism Certificate, the project and construction notices;
 5. Announcement the City Hall and the State Construction Inspectorate of the construction beginning;
 6. Beginning the construction respecting the authorization and the project that received the authorization. Any possible modifications to the project approved by the City Hall can be done through the construction site dispositions made by the project designer and the emission of a new construction authorization for the projects modifications;
 7. The drawing up the construction technical book is made during construction works execution and it contains and the papers and documentation including the eventual construction site dispositions;
 8. Construction site works acceptance and the declaration of their closing made to the City Hall and the State Construction Inspectorate.
